Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the olive oil and milk until a soft dough forms.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and minced garlic over the top of the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape, then slice it into 1-inch rounds.
  7. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and sprinkle the tops with mozzarella cheese.
